Return & Exchange Policy

• Important: Please record the package opening to ensure that the condition of the item is documented in case of any return or exchange.
• In order to return or exchange your defective product, please contact our customer service here
• Item must be returned within 14 days in order to receive a refund. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund immediately.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
